Our burgers are not simply stuffed sandwiches, but real haute cuisine dishes. The meats used are carefully selected from the best that the market offers us, the cuts must always have the right balance between lean and fatty parts to obtain burgers naturally rich in flavor thanks also to our special grinding.

The sandwiches are made daily in our kitchen; we do not use pre-cooked or packaged products but only sandwiches cooked the same day. The sauces, while winking at the tradition of overseas burger joints, are made by us and reinterpreted to enhance our cooking and meats.
