Our burgers are not simply stuffed sandwiches, but real haute cuisine dishes. The meats used are carefully selected from among the best on the market, the cuts must always have the right balance between lean and fatty parts in order to obtain burgers that are naturally rich in flavour, thanks also to our special grinding. The buns are made daily in our kitchen, we do not use pre-cooked or packaged products but only buns cooked the same day. The sauces, while winking at the tradition of overseas burger shops, are made by us and reinterpreted to enhance our cooking and our meats.
